The restaurants at CSR are operated by Palmas Services. They are the same company that operate San Angel Inn and La Cantina de San Angel at Epcot. Four of the CSR restaurants participate in the Disney Dining Plan and Quick Service plans for 2009. They are Cafe Rix, the Pepper Market, Siestas Cantina and the Maya Grill.

THE MAYA GRILL
Delight in Latin-flavored American cuisine in this inviting restaurant with a large exhibition open-pit, wood-fired grill and Mayan décor.A fine dining restaurant that transports guests into a world of ancestral "Latino" ambiance with their Sun, Fire and Water Temples. Along with an extensive wine menu, dinner offerings include steaks, seafood and chicken with an array of signature desserts that are irresistible. A breakfast buffet is available daily. The Maya Grill is open for Breakfast from 7-11am, and Dinner from 5-11pm. Check out the AllEarsNet site for the menus. Breakfast menu, dinner menu, and the kids menu.

THE PEPPER MARKET
Walk into a unique, colorful food market full of on-stage chefs. The air and sights are filled with aromas and colors of Mexican, Italian, American Oriental, and delicatessen cuisine. Enjoy the Espresso Bar or refresh yourself with a Fiesta Margarita or a variety of Ber and Wines.

The Pepper Market is our favorite place to eat. When you enter the 420-seat Pepper Market, you will notice it's not your average food court. This is Disney's first new style, "interactive" food court on property. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. You choose your meals in a Mexican market-style set-up while walking from station to station and talking with the chefs. You are seated by a host/hostess and receive a ticket. The host/hostess will take your drink order.

You then can stroll around the food areas, choose what you want to eat and receive a stamp on your ticket for each item you get (each guest receives their own card). At the end of the meal, you present your ticket(s) to a host/hostess and pay as you leave. 10% gratuity is automatically charged to your bill at the Pepper Market. If you would like to get you meal "To Go", make sure to get a "To Go" ticket and you will not be charge the 10% gratuity. The Pepper Market is open 7am - 11pm.

The food counters include some awesome choices. A Mexican station, a grill station which includes steaks and meat carvings, wings, burgers, rotisserie chicken, baked potatos and french fries. A pizza station that has calzones and pizzas made to order so they can take up to 20-25 minutes. A pasta station that offers traditional fettuccine/linguine/penne dishes. A sandwich station that has a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, fruit salads and a variety of soups and salads. And to top it all off, a bakery/desert station that includes bread, sweet rolls, cakes and great cookies all made on premises.

And not to leave out the kids, a Kids Station which includes the old standbys of chicken strips, hot dogs, pasta and pizzas all priced between $6.50 and $7.50. You can get creative at the Pepper Market too. You can mix and match to your delight. Sometimes I'll order a baked potato and a cesaer salad or french fries with my pizza. Don't be afraid to ask for anything. For example, they don't sell breakfast sandwiches but I usually get a hard roll from the baked goods area and take it over to the grill area and ask them to put my eggs on the toasted hard roll. CAFE RIX
Cafe Rix offers quick stop items like sandwiches, panini's, pizza slices, salads and more. Cafe Rix also offers a self serve refillable mug station, gelato, sobert, a variety of pasteries, danishes, chips, coffee and much more. A great place to grab a quick bite to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Cafe Rix is open from 6:30am to 11pm.

RIX LOUNGE
An upscale lounge serving specialty drinks, tapas-style appetizers and entertainment including a DJ in a Mediterranean inspired atmosphere. Rix is open Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00pm to 2:00am. It's 21 and over after 9:00pm and sneakers and tanks not allowed. Call 1-407-939-3806 for more information.

SIESTAS CANTINA
The pool bar is located at the Dig Site and features fast food such as hot dogs, burgers, salads, nachos, and sandwiches. Beat the heat while enjoying the pool with a frozen margarita, a vast selection of imported and domestic beer and for the younger guest, non-alcoholic beverages are available. Also, refillable mugs can be refilled here. The bar is open from 11am to 7pm and food is available for purchase from 11am to 6pm.

LAGUNA BAR
Laguna Bar at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is a breezy, outdoor lakeside lounge perfect for unwinding with your favorite drink or sampling new one. You can also order food from the bar to have a quiet, relaxing meal by the lake. Food is available between noon and 10:00pm. Laguna is open from 11:00am to 11:00pm. If it's raining out then Laguna will close and Rix will open early.

CSR Room Service
Room service is available to resort guests and offers breakfast from 7am - 11am and ALL DAY DINING 11am - 11pm. A full menu including beer, wine and spirits to choose from. To order room service, just touch ROOM SERVICE on your room phone.

REFILLABLE MUGS
Refillable mugs are available at CSR and can be refilled at the Pepper Market (by server), Pepper Market window, Cafe Rix, Rix Lounge, and Siesta's. The mugs are available in a 12oz size for $12.49. See Francisco for a refill or drink poolside.
